Charity Martin is an attorney with Offit Kurman and serves as Secretary of the Dominion CDC Board. Her practice focuses on landlord representation and complex residential property matters in Maryland, where she works with property owners and management companies on legal strategy and dispute resolution.
Before joining Offit Kurman, she served as a prosecutor in the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office, handling felony drug and handgun cases. She earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Mary Baldwin College with studies in political science and criminal justice.
