That means approaching development with equity in mind, listening to community priorities and addressing systemic barriers that affect low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. The goal is healthier, safer and more prosperous communities built with residents rather than around them.

Nicole Earle
President & Founder

Meet the founder

Nearly three decades across development, finance and construction.

Nicole Earle’s experience spans real-estate development, banking, underwriting, portfolio management and complex tax-credit transactions, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds and New Markets Tax Credits. Across her career, the cumulative value of projects she has developed or financed exceeds $1 billion.

After seeing the need for housing and economic-development services in Baltimore City, she combined that experience with a commitment to community impact and formed Dominion Real Estate, LLC. Nicole is a Carnegie Mellon University graduate, completed the Greater Baltimore Committee Leadership class of 2020–21 and has participated in organizations including NAWBO, CREW, CDN, MAHC and NABWIC.
