Nicole Earle has built her career across the disciplines that decide whether ambitious community projects move forward: underwriting, public-private finance, entitlement, construction, stakeholder negotiation and long-term community strategy.
Her published track record includes leadership roles in banking and public housing, responsibility for major mixed-income redevelopment, and financing structures that have used Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds, historic tax credits and New Markets Tax Credits.
