The Abe Dua Residences is an exciting addition to the Park Heights neighborhood of Baltimore. The development integrates modern affordable housing with functional community amenities while respecting the architectural character of the surrounding neighborhood.
The six-story mixed-use building is planned with 50 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, ground-floor retail and community-serving amenity spaces. Planned amenities include a recording studio, fitness room and partially covered second-floor roof deck. A covered garage provides 23 parking spaces, including two EV charging ports.
The design draws from historic Baltimore row houses through a brick facade with complementary materials and a street-level mini-plaza with landscaping and outdoor seating. Sustainability measures include stormwater-management courtyards, solar infrastructure and a target of NGBS plus Zero Energy Ready Homes.
